Having over 1.287 million albums sold for her 1989 album within its first week, Taylor’s success has been do to her loyal “swifties.” She dedicates her time off stage to talk to and communicate with her swifties on a personal level to keep her fans happy and involved with her and her brand.

Social media needs to be creative and interactive, while understanding that each social medium is going to be a completely different interaction for its users.
