Part-time position.
In this role, the Administrative Assistant will support the management team with administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual with exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. This person must be self-motivated, extremely organized and detail oriented, demonstrate strong communication skills, and enthusiasm. Some essential functions include:
- Manage communication, including emails and phone calls
- Manage the calendars of upper management team members
- Scheduling appointments, meetings and reservations as needed
- Data entry and organization
- Proofing, testing and checking of websites, designs, and documents
- Publishing website content updates, as needed
- Information sourcing
- Data entry and day-to-day management of CRM
- Run, analyze and evaluate reports for management review
- Editing/proof reading
- Support management in administrative duties, as needed
- Take detailed meeting notes
- Organize team calendars, as needed
Education/Experience requirements:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
- High level of communication and organizational skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Computer “savvy”
- Must be a self-starter and capable of working in a remote environment
