In this role, the Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for networking, prospecting and qualifying leads, and proposal creation. We are looking for a qualified professional with some experience in sales and/or experience in the areas of marketing, branding and/or website services. They should be a self-starter, good communicator, articulate, critical thinking, motivated and organized. This position can be part or full time.
Some essential functions include:
- Generate new appointments through prospect calling, networking, and referrals
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing strategy
- Mine LinkedIn for prospects and support senior sales team on prospect funnels
- Research leads to identify prospects
- Attend regular networking events and participate in sales events and/or presentations
- Develop a referral network
- Qualify leads
- Sit in on meetings with senior sales team members and interact with prospects to understand their needs and objectives, and to identify the appropriate Paradigm solutions
- Develop proposals outlining client objectives and providing solutions
- Support senior sales team as they convert prospects to leads, conduct discovery meetings, present proposals, and close sales
- Support senior sales team as they communicate prospect/client needs to Paradigm project teams
- Collaborate with the marketing department so they may best support your success
- Maintain and update the sales database
- Support in the execution of sales action plans and strategies
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports for follow up with management
- Monitor competitors and market conditions and provide feedback to the marketing team
Education/Experience requirements:
- BS/BA in Sales/Marketing or relevant work experience with proven results
- 1+ years selling experience
- Working knowledge of marketing, web development/design, and branding
- Comfortable with public speaking
- High level of communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Must be able to think strategically and demonstrate critical decision making
Compensation & Employment Details:

- Commission model developed to provide 6 figure salary in 12 months period when goals are achieved
