Part-time position.

In this role, the Creative Director will be responsible for our creative department and collaborate closely with our graphic designers, copy writers, marketing and project teams to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our clients. They should be a self-starter, good communicator, articulate, critical thinking, motivated and organized. This is a part-time position.

Some essential functions include:

  • Lead client brainstorming and creative sessions
  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing, product, and creative teams and individual clients
  • Lead the development of brand standards for each client
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
  • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral, including website design concepts
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met while also meeting expected quality standards
    • Review all design-related projects prior to hand off to client
    • Troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
  • Participate in the hiring and training of all creative staff and contractors
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members and contractors
  • Manage client expectations
  • Work with project and account managers to manage scope of work

Education/Experience requirements:

  • BS/BA in art, graphic design, marketing, communications or other relevant work experience with proven results
  • A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies
  • A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of brand development
  • Working knowledge of marketing, web development/design, and branding
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • High level of communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Must be able to think strategically and demonstrate critical decision making
