Covid-19 In-Person Guidelines
As we start to return to more in-person events, we wanted to provide everyone with some guidelines and “rules” regarding attendance at in-person Paradigm events.
Please Be Vaccinated. We are strongly encouraging all in-person attendees to be “fully vaccinated” prior to any in-person attendance, with “fully vaccinated” meaning either two-shots of a two-dose vaccine (like Moderna or Pfizer) or one-shot of a one-shot vaccine (like Johnson & Johnson). Please also note that if your final shot of Moderna or Pfizer occurred six months out or longer, or two months out or longer with the J&J shot, “fully vaccinated” would require a booster shot.
Face Coverings and Social Distance. All in-person attendees are encouraged to wear face covering/masks (unless actively eating or drinking) and socially distance (meaning at least six feet apart) to the extent possible.
Please note that if you are “fully vaccinated” then the mask and social distance guidance is optional. If you are not “fully vaccinated” then we respectfully request that you be fully masked and socially distant at all times.
Please provide proof of “fully vaccinated” status as we reserve the right to inspect such proof at any in-person event.
We may also choose to limit the number of attendees at any such event, in order to allow social distance requirements to safely and properly be met.
Stay Home If You’re Unwell. As much as we want to see everyone in-person, it’s still better to be safe than sorry. For that reason, if you answer “yes” to any of the following questions, please do not attend an in-person event.
- If you are fully vaccinated:
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days?
Note: If you have been diagnosed or tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 6 – 10 days and are asymptomatic, you may attend in-person events, but you must wear a well fitted mask during days 6-10.
- Have you experienced any of the following or unexplained symptoms within the last 10 days: fever (equal to or higher than 100.4) or chills; cough; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; fatigue; muscle or body aches; headache; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting; or diarrhea?
- If you have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed or tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days, and you are asymptomatic, you may attend in-person events, but you must wear a well fitted mask around others for 10 days following exposure, and test on the fifth day following exposure (if testing is possible).
- If you are not fully vaccinated:
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days?
Note: If you have been diagnosed or tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 6 – 10 days and are asymptomatic, you may attend in-person events, but you must wear a well fitted mask during days 6-10.
- Have you been in close physical contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days?
Note: If you are not fully vaccinated and have no symptoms, you must wear a well fitted mask during days 6-10 following your exposure.
While we unfortunately have to reserve the right to change or modify these rules depending on the latest developments, please indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these current guidelines by signing below.
