I’m a woman of action. Whatever life throws at me, I turn into an opportunity for adventure and growth. I’m originally from Arkansas but made my way to Scotland for five years before landing in New York City, where I currently reside. In my career, I love being part of growing organizations, thriving most in fast-paced, nimble environments where I get to wear multiple hats. Even in the kitchen I welcome a challenge: my favorite way to cook is when I’m forced to improvise and whip up a meal with all of the random leftovers in my refrigerator.
Over the last 20-plus years, I’ve had the privilege of working on a number of integrated marketing campaigns in the U.S. and the U.K., across a variety of industries (from CPG to retail banking to home improvement), on both the agency and client sides of partnerships, and for small, medium and Fortune 500 companies. That range of experiences has helped me understand the commercial objectives that drive corporate decisions internally, while also giving me the know-how to build, gain the trust of, and truly delight clients. My expertise, as a result, lies in formulating appropriate and effective end-to-end solutions.
At Paradigm, I am inspired by the agency’s entrepreneurial spirit and award-winning ideas. In my role as Marketing Strategist, I help our clients identify their goals and then work alongside our dedicated team to develop plans and campaigns to meet those goals. I am truly passionate about helping our clients succeed and seeing their businesses grow.
