Eileen Boh, Marketing Strategist
Organization is in my blood. In fact, I thrive on it. I’m laser focused and known around the office for my impeccably organized client folders. I’m also a world class multitasker, which translates into the ability to simultaneously handle multiple marketing activities that work together in lockstep to help our clients achieve their long-term goals.
Although much of my professional experience is in the marketing sphere – both traditional and event marketing in the retail, non-profit, consumer services, technology and professional sports industries – my educational background is a bit more diverse. I majored in engineering psychology (the study of the relationship between humans and machines) at Tufts University and earned my MBA from San Diego State University. My background, combined with my entrepreneurial spirit, has helped me earn my reputation as a digital marketing pro. Among my proudest accomplishments has been my success in growing the social media department at Paradigm Marketing & Design by establishing hugely successful policies and procedures that allow us to more effectively encourage growth and provide value to our clients.
In my role as Account Executive & Digital Marketing Strategist at Paradigm, I am chiefly responsible for establishing our clients’ long-term business goals – a task that plays into another passion of mine: helping businesses succeed. I work alongside our internal team to encourage a sense of partnership with our clients, and together we tap into a variety of digital marketing techniques to help those clients define and carry out a strategy that establishes short- and mid-term marketing goals, and ultimately leads to achieving long-term success.
