With over 10 plus years in sales and marketing, I can identify gaps in a company’s marketing strategy and provide them with the right solution to help them meet their goals. Because of my experience working with a variety of organizations in different markets and of varying sizes, I can identify a client’s pain points and determine the best engagement for their needs and their budget. My studies in sociology, business administration and information technology have provided me with a deep understanding of both people and digital marketing.
Throughout my career, I have earned a reputation for success, because of my strong belief in keeping an open and honest line of communication. When I meet with a potential client, I take the time to listen to them, understand their business objectives and ensure that I can confidently provide them with a solution to accomplish their goals.
As the Director of Business Development at Paradigm, I am responsible for the strategic development of new business opportunities while also working collaboratively with our team to align our marketing and sales initiatives. I stay on the pulse of the industry and ensure that our team is continuing to drive revenue for ourselves and our clients even in competitive markets. At Paradigm, we always put strategy first.
