Krystal Soares, Marketing & Project Coordinator
There is one particular lesson, which I have learned through my hobby of thrifting, that I find myself applying to much of my work: With just the right amount of polish, and given the proper platform, every story can shine.
Along the same vein, author Bob Goff has been quoted as saying, “We are all rough drafts of the people we’re becoming,” and that, too, has really resonated with me. Although it has taken me some time to get here, my career journey has finally led me to where I’m supposed to be: working as a marketing professional and doing work that really excites me. I get great joy out of helping clients put their best foot forward for the world to see.
As a Marketing Coordinator at Paradigm, I work closely alongside our own internal team – especially our marketing strategists, designers and developers – to coordinate all aspects of our clients’ marketing implementation strategies. I’m particularly focused on ensuring that all of our team members have a firm understanding of each client’s needs so that we are able to successfully implement and achieve their goals and expected outcomes.
Education:
Brookdale Community College, AA in Liberal Arts
Personal Fact:
I love to thrift shop! I have been able to decorate most of my home with items I have found at the thrift store. I love the feeling of finding a great piece with lots of history and half the price!
