Tori Collicelli, Marketing Strategist
I am intrigued by the unique qualities of every person I encounter. I have a natural ability to see the best in people and highlight those strengths to form synergies across teams and projects. With extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results, I have spent the better part of my career bringing people, ideas and resources together to drive sustainable business growth.
Before joining Paradigm, I led downstream marketing for a business unit with a Fortune 500 medical device company. In this role, I partnered with senior leaders across the sales, product development, operations and marketing communications functions and managed external agencies on the design and execution of marketing campaigns, programs and events to meet business targets.
My passion for marketing was sparked in high school when I took a business class that assigned a window display challenge. (Think: Macy’s at Christmastime!) I was hooked. I went on to study International Business and Marketing at Northeastern University, which afforded me the opportunity to work and live abroad in Madrid, Spain. While there, I honed my ability to adapt to new situations—and developed a love of coffee (which remains strong today). I later earned my MBA through an evening program at Babson College.
As a Marketing Strategist at Paradigm, I am a thought leader who is always looking for new ways to innovate and deliver high-value results with seriousness, purpose and a little bit of fun.
