Recently when our team worked to identify key core values that resonate with our team and capture our company culture, we wanted to find creative ways to incorporate them into our daily work and infuse them into our marketing efforts, to help our clients, potential clients, and potential employees get to know us better.

We created a social media campaign to highlight the company’s core values, which are not only aspirational but also qualities that are already inherent to our team and the way we operate. Using a “definition” style to represent the strong belief that these values are synonymous with Paradigm as a company, the goal is to represent through visual symbols what the values mean to the organization, plus how they benefit our culture and our client relationships.
