Zimpatica, headquartered in Fairfax, VA, focuses on modernizing businesses by creating and tailoring software solutions, specializing in providing services to simplify business processes with low-code solutions built on the Appian platform. When the organization realized they needed conference materials to maximize their impact at the job fairs they attended, we are proud they looked to Paradigm for help. We worked with Zimpatica to develop a stand-up, retractable banner design to grab attention and showcase information on the exciting career opportunities with the company. Utilizing QR codes, we created postcards and tables signs featuring an easy way to learn more about the company and begin the application process. Our work not only allowed for a simple and seamless application process, but also helped Zimpatica stand out at each career fair.
