Pine Brook, N.J.— Paradigm Marketing and Design announced its own Rachel Durkan, President and Founder, and Lorena Mosquera, Workflow Strategist, recently spoke at the NJBIA Bridging the Gap Not-for-Profit Summit in Clark, NJ. Held on April 7, the hybrid event brought together dozens of not-for-profit and for-profit business leaders in a one-day exchange of ideas, resources, and networking to stimulate collaboration and form strategic partnerships.
Durkan moderated a live panel discussion on creating value through strategic fundraising in a competitive world, while Mosquera added thought leadership to a virtual panel on how to turn contacts into donors. The event also featured a keynote presentation by Kiran Handa Gaudioso, CEO of the United Way of Northern New Jersey, and two additional panel discussions on the power of collaboration and the importance of stepping away from work to find balance and emotional wellbeing.
“At Paradigm, we are passionate about helping the non-profit community find new ways to build and maintain a high-performing organization,” said Durkan. “We are proud of the prominent role we played in an event whose sole purpose was to power non-for-profits success through insightful information and active connection.”
Paradigm was also one of 20 sponsors who made the event possible. For more information about the event, read here.
