Do you know what these numbers mean? There are 48 days until Christmas, 30 days until Hanukkah, and 49 days until Kwanzaa!!!!! Whatever your holiday of choice is, you have to start getting your brand in the holiday spirit. Time is of the essence to develop a new marketing campaign for the holiday season, but not to fear there are still some creative ways to reach out to your customers during the holidays without having to break the bank.

5 Ways to Market During the Holidays:

(1) Develop special promotions

Whether you want to create an in-store, online or social media promotion this is a great opportunity to get in front of your audience and develop a relationship with them. A great example of a holiday promotion is to do a photo contest via social media – the customer with the funniest holiday themed photo gets a prize.

(2) Email marketing

A great way to spread holiday joy is by sending your customer and clients an emailed newsletter that says Happy Holidays!

(3) Turn your products and services into gifts

Tis’ the season, the giving season. Create various holiday packages that include your products or services that you could give away to a select few of your loyal customers or random customers. Give your customers the holiday gift of free products/services.

(4) Plan and organize and event

Plan a holiday party at your place of business, home, restaurant or event space to celebrate your customers, clients, employees and family. This is a great opportunity to continue to build your relationship with your customers and build customer loyalty.

(5) Partner with a local charity

While in the giving spirit, find a charity that matches your brand’s vision, mission and values that you can help out this holiday season. By reaching out to your community you will spread awareness for your charity as well as your brand.
