Davonne Flanagan

Biography and Summary

Davonne Flanagan,
Graphic Designer

For me, excellence is both a journey and a destination. While I’ve had the opportunity to work on exciting projects I am proud of for various clients—from large government agencies to mission-driven organizations—I’m always striving to grow, improve, and push my work further. I like to think my best work is still ahead of me.

I’m an artist at my core, with more than a decade of experience in branding and graphic design. Even outside of work, inspiration tends to strike unexpectedly, and I often find myself designing logos or concepts for companies that don’t even exist simply because I feel compelled to capture the idea before it disappears. I also enjoy urban sketching and watercolor, which continue to influence the way I think about composition and storytelling.

My design process is grounded in creativity, mindfulness, and intuition, blending business objectives with creative inspiration to create work that is both purposeful and impactful. Whether I’m designing logos, brand systems, publications, or marketing collateral, I approach every project with a thoughtful, goal-oriented mindset focused on connecting with audiences and creating meaningful results. I especially enjoy collaborating with mission-driven organizations, creatives, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through intentional design.

As a Graphic Designer at Paradigm Marketing and Design, I work closely with our marketing team to bring brand identities and messaging to life through cohesive visual design that reflects each client’s culture, goals, and voice while communicating their message clearly and effectively.

Personal Facts

I’m part of an active Urban Sketchers chapter where we meet up around the Washington, DC area to sketch iconic buildings and city scenes live on location.
