In this role, the Account Director will be responsible for strategizing, coordinating, and executing marketing plans and initiatives for clients and Paradigm. We are looking for an individual who is a leader and a team player with strong communication skills and experience with client management. Applicants should have experience and knowledge in marketing, demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity, the ability to think on their feet and enthusiasm. Some essential functions include:

  • Strategy
    • Strategize, develop, and review both marketing plans and campaigns for clients to achieve their goals with minimal oversight for Sr. Marketing Strategist
    • Identify client goals and establish key performance indicators that will be incorporated into campaigns
    • Manage clients on an ongoing basis
    • Manage client expectations with very little to no support from Sr. team members with the focus of building lasting client relationships
    • Set and manage metrics for success and adjust plans as needed
    • Manage quality control of all deliverables
  • Coordination / Project Management
    • Coordinate team efforts between Paradigm employees and vendors as needed
    • Direct activities that meet campaign goals
    • Project management
    • Content writing and content creation
    • Review marketing materials from
    • Supervise project teams (both employees and vendors)
    • Ensure all projects meet deadlines
    • Ensure all projects meet profitability goals
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Manage client expectations
    • Proactively report / share any client feedback ASAP
    • Ensure clients stay within allotted retainer hours or gain approval to expand hours
    • Become a trusted advisor to clients
    • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with little to no support from senior team members
  • Team Development
    • Collaborate with web team to continuously maximize project profitability
    • Oversee the hiring/appraisal/development/firing process for the marketing team
    • Successfully manage and develop junior team members
  • Company Innovation & Process Improvement
    • Collaborate on company growth strategies
    • Identify and successfully implement continuous process improvements to drive down project costs and increase efficiencies

Job Requirements

  • Flexible position requiring accessibility between 9am and 2pm
  • Strong self-starter that can handle the responsibilities of a remote position
  • Must be capable and able to embrace and learn different technologies
  • Highly responsive, responsible, and reliable is an absolute requirement…we need to know we can count on you
  • Willing to join a fast pace with an entrepreneurial outlook
  • Be wicked, super smart

Education/Experience requirements:

  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong writing skills
  • Computer “savvy”

Compensation & Employment Details:

  • Compensated at an hourly rate based on experience
    • In order to be considered, must include salary requirements
  • Work fully remote
  • Flexible work environment
  • Paid time off
