2023 American Digital Design Award Winner – Norwescap Website Design
PINE BROOK, N.J.
June 12, 2023
Paradigm Marketing & Design has once again been named among the winners in the 2023 American Digital Design Awards by Graphic Design USA (GDUSA). These awards recognize the power of design to make or break effective digital communications in the areas of websites, social media, email marketing, digital ads & publications, interactive and interface design, video and animation, 3D and the Metaverse, and more. Paradigm was honored for its work with Norwescap on their website, among other recognized projects.
“Norwescap is a multifaceted nonprofit working to change the lives of people living in poverty, empowering them to thrive,” said Rachel Durkan, President of Paradigm. “We wanted to build them a site to help elevate their outreach to and impact on the diverse audiences they serve. It was a pleasure working with the organization, and we are excited to have the work and talents of our team honored through this award.”
For nearly six decades, GDUSA has sponsored design competitions that spotlight areas of excellence and opportunity for creative professionals. The American Digital Design Awards™ has evolved from showcasing web design to highlight excellence in all areas of digital design. Winners are selected from an array of design firms, ad agencies, in-house departments, and more. This year the organization received more than 2,000 entries, including websites and apps, email and social campaigns, ads and banners, e-pubs and videos, and more, of which a selective 10% were named winners, according to GDUSA.
Paradigm’s award-winning work with Norwescap included designing and developing a new website for the nonprofit. Because the organization offers a myriad of programs and services, the website needed an organized navigation to connect users to what they needed quickly and efficiently. The visual design is bright and uplifting, representing the hope Norwescap provides for the communities they serve.
In addition to Norwescap, Paradigm was also recognized for its work with Sterling PLM on their Instagram storyboard, Sterling Medical Devices on a case study web page, and on its own marketing social media campaign featuring the company’s mission, vision, and core values. Over the last several years, Paradigm has earned many awards and distinctions, most recently receiving three American Graphic Design Awards™ from GDUSA in 2022. The firm also notably won the 2021 Excellence Member of the Year award, given by the New Jersey Business and Industry Association. Earlier this year, Account Group Supervisor Kaitlyn Wilcoxson and Director of Client Engagement Vicki Harte each earned a Gold Stevie Award and Workflow Strategist Lorena Mosquera was awarded a Bronze Stevie Award. Paradigm President Rachel Durkan previously won a Silver Stevie Award for Business Development Executive of the Year and has also been recognized as a NJBIZ 40 Under 40 honoree and a 2020 Enterprising Women of the Year awardee.
