Paradigm Marketing Awards and Recognition

Sterling website Award 768x512

2023 American Digital Design Award Winner – Sterling Case Study

PINE BROOK, N.J.
June 12, 2023

Paradigm Marketing & Design has once again been named among the winners in the 2023 American Digital Design Awards by Graphic Design USA (GDUSA). These awards recognize the power of design to make or break effective digital communications in the areas of websites, social media, email marketing, digital ads & publications, interactive and interface design, video and animation, 3D and the Metaverse, and more. Paradigm was honored for its work with Sterling Medical Devices on one of their case study web pages, among other recognized projects.

“Sterling Medical Devices is doing incredible, cutting-edge work on life saving medical devices,” said Rachel Durkan, President of Paradigm. “We wanted to create a web page that was worthy of the innovation they utilized on a revolutionary implantable heart pump. We are honored to work with Sterling Medical Devices and are thrilled our collaboration and contributions to their critical mission were acknowledged.”

For nearly six decades, GDUSA has sponsored design competitions that spotlight areas of excellence and opportunity for creative professionals. The American Digital Design Awards™ has evolved from showcasing web design to highlight excellence in all areas of digital design. Winners are selected from an array of design firms, ad agencies, in-house departments, and more. This year the organization received more than 2,000 entries, including websites and apps, email and social campaigns, ads and banners, e-pubs and videos, and more, of which a selective 10% were named winners, according to GDUSA.

Paradigm’s award-winning work with Sterling Medical Devices included designing a compelling web page to host a case study of Sterling’s work on a groundbreaking new multi-pump mechanical circulatory support device. The design of the page incorporates captivating images of the device and its testing process. The overall look is clean, and the copy is concise and engaging.

In addition to Sterling Medical Devices, Paradigm was also recognized for its work with Sterling PLM on an Instagram storyboard, Norwescap on their website design, and on its own marketing social media campaign featuring the company’s mission, vision, and core values. Over the last several years, Paradigm has earned many awards and distinctions, most recently receiving three American Graphic Design Awards™ from GDUSA in 2022. The firm also notably won the 2021 Excellence Member of the Year award, given by the New Jersey Business and Industry Association. Earlier this year, Account Group Supervisor Kaitlyn Wilcoxson and Director of Client Engagement Vicki Harte each earned a Gold Stevie Award and Workflow Strategist Lorena Mosquera was awarded a Bronze Stevie Award. Paradigm President Rachel Durkan previously won a Silver Stevie Award for Business Development Executive of the Year and has also been recognized as a NJBIZ 40 Under 40 honoree and a 2020 Enterprising Women of the Year awardee.
